Pre-design meeting
During the pre-design meeting, our goal is to get to know your requirements and expectations from the project. We also want to figure out how much space you currently need and how much you’ll need in the future. Through this meeting, we will discuss everything with you, including the budget and your schedule.
Design
The designers at Kevorkian Architecture Inc. are well-versed in creating stunning spaces for a wide range of clients and projects. You will be advised for each step of the design progress. We’re here to help you get the most bang for your buck!
Get Approved
We are experts in securing planning approvals. Your project will be approved if it falls within the parameters of permitted development. Providing you with the best chance of obtaining planning approval for your building if it does require it, we can act as your representative throughout the process.
Building Permit
Our successful experience in obtaining approvals for construction helps clients advance their projects more efficiently. We’ve established tried-and-true methods for completing the permitting procedure quickly and without sacrificing quality. We will submit our design drawings and several other permit application documents.
Technical

Shiraz is an accomplished architect with 30+ years of experience in architecture, sustainable design, construction, and project management from concept to completion. Known for his strong leadership and ability to unite teams through complex challenges, he successfully led one of the world’s largest LEED®-certified projects. He has worked across Canada, France, and the UAE, and is fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Armenian.
Ohnaba
ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
Ohnaba is a skilled Architectural Designer and Technologist with over eight years of experience in institutional, commercial, and residential projects. With a strong foundation in both the art and science of architecture, she is adept at guiding designs from concept through construction while balancing aesthetic and functional goals. Her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to high-quality, sustainable solutions make her a valuable contributor to every project.

INTERN ARCHITECT
Omar is a detail-oriented architectural professional with experience in institutional, commercial, residential, and interior design projects, supported by strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code. Skilled in managing multiple deadlines while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and design integrity.
